1) More Energy: While exercise can be exhausting in and of itself, one of the biggest benefits of exercising is that it will leave you feeling more invigorated. Regular exercise has been demonstrated in studies to help people feel less tired.

2) Improve Your Mood: When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which make you feel better. Exercise will provide you with a natural high!

3) Improve Your Health: Losing weight has so many health benefits that it's impossible to name them all! You can lower your risk of diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, and other diseases by becoming in shape.

4) Improve Your Appearance: If you're unhappy with your appearance because you're overweight or untoned, losing weight can help you look and feel better.

5) Play With Your Children: Keeping up with your children takes a lot of energy. You'll be able to run around with them without running out of breath if you lose weight and get in shape. One of the most enjoyable aspects of exercise is that it allows you to enjoy life more.

6) Get a Better Night's Sleep: As you exercise more, you'll notice that getting a decent night's sleep becomes easier. In the long run, this increases the energy boost you'll experience from exercise.

7) Build Strength and Stamina: Do you find it difficult to go for long walks, despite your desire to do so? Perhaps simply lugging shopping bags up the stairwell is difficult? You'll be able to tackle these activities with ease if you exercise regularly.

8) Stress Reduction: Exercise has been shown to significantly reduce stress levels. Regular exercise can help to lessen your symptoms of stress, as well as mental health disorders like sadness and anxiety.

9) A Sense Of Achievement: Once you start exercising and notice the progress you're making week after week, you'll feel like you've accomplished something significant!

10) Maintain Your Independence Later In Life: The more you can exercise today, while you're still able, the less certain health problems will affect you later in life. In other words, staying strong and healthy will help you maintain your freedom as long as feasible.

So, how much exercise will you have to do to reap these benefits? It all depends on your present level of fitness. The good news is that 30 minutes of exercise per day can significantly enhance your health. So, how long are you going to wait?!
