When I say family, I'm including friends and family together because friends can often times offer you similar or sometimes greater levels of support for you in your wellness! If you want total wellness, you want family and friends to be involved. That's going to be your support group. They're going to be the ones who are backing you up and helping you out. Granted, they can also be your biggest detractors, but that's okay, too.
